Thank you for turning up at Cranwell Bungalow on Mon 2May2011

It was a day filled with lots of laughter, food, and mosquito kisses.
We had about 60pax attending Brian Sir's birthday cum ZEN 8th Anniversary.
Other than the usual BBQ & cake cutting, Brian Sir took the opportunity to give out 10 trophies and 9 certificates of appreciation.

POL-ITE 2011 photo

At 93 points, consisting of 7 golds & 5 silvers, we were only 126 points behind the overall champion, Temasek Polytechnic.

Post Grading Fun - January 2011

After each grading, we will have a different training.

This quarter, we learn basic defending from attacks into the circular of our body and straight punches.

The kids look forward to the traditional Dog N Bone game.
Our version rules:
1. No pushing
2. No pulling
3. No defending beyond yellow line
4. Running outside green line is out
5. No throwing of the Bone

Post Grading fun...

It's the day after the grading again!
The most look forward training for all Zenders and NYP student.
Brian Sir will introduce new and fun ways of learning to defend one-self.

Laguna:

(1) Blocking techniques
