Post Grading Fun - January 2011

After each grading, we will have a different training.

This quarter, we learn basic defending from attacks into the circular of our body and straight punches.

The kids look forward to the traditional Dog N Bone game.
Our version rules:
1. No pushing
2. No pulling
3. No defending beyond yellow line
4. Running outside green line is out
5. No throwing of the Bone

All tournament coach passes will expire on 1 March 2011. Coaches who wish to renew their passes are required to attend the coach seminar which will be conducted on

Sunday 20 February 2011
from 8.00am to 12 noon.
Venue : KIV -confirmed-ITE College East, 10 Simei Avenue, Singapore 486047
Dress code Dobok
Fees $100 (for next 3 yrs)

Club leaders and other black belts may attend the event for their general knowledge.
The fee is $60. Black belts who participate in the seminar will not be required to attend the coach induction course if they decide to apply for a coach pass subsequently.

They passed NCAP Technical (Level 1) Course!

Congratulations to Catherine Ong, Xanthe Lin & Eric Sim!

After spending 2 weekends of theory and practical lessons, they finally harvest the fruits of their labour. There are others who failed or provisional pass this course. They passed at one go! Neat!
The results are attached.

They have to approach sir and discuss before completing 3 months (twice a week) or 6 months (once a week) of practical coaching attachement.

Once finalised, trainee coaches have to seek approval via Form A from STF for their attachment.
Form B is for trainee coaches to record their attendance. It must be counter-signed by their respective club officials.
