Courses / Seminars : Unarmed Combat Course for Poom Belts and Blackbelts

An Unarmed Combat (Level 1) Course will be conducted on 14, 15, 21 and 22 May 2011 for poom belts and black belts.

Saturday 14 May 2011 (5.00pm to 6.30pm for poom belt holders and

7.00pm to 8.30pm for dan holders)

Sunday 15 May 2011 (2.00pm to 3.30pm for poom belt holders and

4.00pm to 5.30pm for dan holders)

Saturday 21 May 2011 (5.00pm to 6.30pm for poom belt holders and

7.00pm to 8.30pm for dan holders)

Test:

Sunday 22 May 2011 (3.00 to 4.30pm for poom blelt holders and

5.00pm to 6.30pm for dan holders.)

Successful participants in the course will be exempted from the self-defence component required for their 1st to 2nd poom or dan promotion.

The certification received from the course will be a prerequisite for taekwondo exponents to move on to Levels 2 and 3.
